Hehehe....

OKAYYYYYY..... Went to watch wall - E on saturday like finally!.. Lol. Wasn't feeling well then but when i watched the movie, i was feeling better! Hmm... Training.. I missed training. Missed the feeling of the boat slicing through the water... Missed the time when i chionged with kenneth my k2 partner.. Wth. I feel quite disappointed with today's training. I thought i could do better... It was quite bad compared to the rest of the trainings cos of the speed boat.. Stupid speed boat, how i wish the speed boat explodes. Then that way there wont be any wash.. Me and ken literally cut through the speed boat's wash today. Like the wash was damn strong la! I could hear Yong Ann telling me and ken not to stop, and just ride through the wash.. MMmmmmmm I liked the sushi ytd! :D Only u will know! K my blog skin kinda sucks right now,... but thats only because my blog is under a make over.. So yea bear with it.. For now it'll just be white background. :D
K Slacking at Starbucks now.. Didnt have work today.. Damn sian la... Cat sleeping like a pig now...

K.. So i now know why my performance was quite bad. Mental break down.. Yupp.. Endurance is the key.. Beating yourself is the main aim. If you beat yourself each time, you improve.. No one can tell you that it is impossible. No one can determine your altitude. How high you are depends on how high you want to climb, and also how badly you want it.

Disappearance..

Throughout this entire week, i think i have at least learnt something. 1st, my performance sucks.. 2nd, i think i have gotten a cold.. My nose just wouldn't stop running.. Hmmm... Main point is, i think that these 2 are linked la.. If not i don't see why i would not be performing.. K a picture of me buried in the sand.. By kwan and yudi...
