1ST GYM TRAINING!

Okay, so gym training today was really good, in a sense that it was physically challenging... Haha some of the others had to leave for cypher leadership camp so they unded up not doing the abs exercises... Hmm.. Excited about water training tmr. COACH will be DOWN! okok gna catch some ZZZs now.. WOOTS!
